QuestPilot

Points and programs for student organizations

Members complete quests and upload proof, organizers review it, and scoreboards keep score. Run programs with or without crews, and keep members in the loop with announcements and emails. Every organization gets its own site, its own look and its own data.

Features

Everything a season needs

Quests with proof

Members pick a quest and submit photos, PDFs or short videos (up to five files), or a link, straight from their phone.

Coordinator review

Coordinators approve or reject each submission, can award a different number of points, and leave a note the member can read.

Programs, with or without crews

Run one season at a time or several programs side by side, like a members' program and a recruitment one. Split people into crews, or keep it individual.

Live scoreboard

Crews are ranked by their crew quests plus every member's individual points, updated the moment a submission is approved. Show it to everyone, or only to members.

Standings

Signed-in members see every participant ranked by points, with search, filters and sorting.

Rules that hold

Limit how often a quest can be completed, per person or per crew. Coordinators can make an exception, and every exception is recorded.

Member directory

Coordinators and admins get a card for every member with their points, approvals and rejections, and a page with all of their submissions and files.

Gallery and activity

Every uploaded file in one gallery, and a feed of every submission, review decision and point change.

Announcements and emails

Post news for members or for everyone, pin what matters, and email members straight from the site. Members choose which emails they get.

Sign-up links and QR codes

Share a link or put a QR code on a slide, and new people join the right season, and crew, on their own.

Your own site

Each organization gets its own address, like yourclub.questpilot.net, with its own colors and logo. Call them teams and challenges if you prefer, and switch off what you don't use.

Separate and private

Each organization's members, submissions and files are kept apart, and evidence opens only for the member, their coordinators and admins. Accounts can be deleted with all their data.

How it works

From quest to scoreboard

  1. 1

    Set up your site

Admins pick the colors, logo and words, create a season and its quests, and invite people or share a sign-up link.

  2. 2

    Members complete quests

Members submit what they did, with photos or files as proof.

  3. 3

    Coordinators review

Each submission is approved, given a different point value, or rejected with a note.

  4. 4

    The scoreboard moves

Crew and individual standings update the moment points are approved.
